Spoke ‘n’ Word:

Spoke ‘n’ Word is an innovative and ambitious pedal-powered participation and performance project that nurtures and celebrates the talent and diversity of young people across Kent and Medway. Mentored by poets, the young people take part in a series of slam competitions which see them perform at either Lounge on the Farm, Light Vessel 21 or Revelations St Mary’s before ultimately taking part in the final at Wise Words in September 2014.

Spoke ’n’ Word is an Arts Council England funded project that supports a collaboration between six art organisations that are working together to develop a strategic touring network that explores how high quality, exciting and innovative arts activity can impact on new audiences:

Workers of Art

Wheely Groovy

Apples and Snakes
